Tell us about your dog before you call
A few minutes now and we will have their details, vaccination records and paperwork in hand, so when we speak, we are talking about your dog rather than filling in forms. It does not book a time. A person still calls you personally to arrange that.

What to expect
Every appointment follows the same careful process, designed so both you and your dog are at ease, from first contact to pick-up.
Tell us about your dog
Call, text or email, or fill in our new-client form and we will have their details, vaccinations and paperwork ready before we speak. Either way, a person gets back to you personally to find a time. We do not use automated scheduling.
Drop off
Arrive at Richmond Road at your confirmed time. We greet you and your dog personally, talk through any notes, and take it from there, calm and unhurried.
We get to work
Your dog has our complete, undivided attention. Hydra Professional bath, precision grooming, and whatever you have added, all done with intention.
Pick up
We text you the moment they are ready. They leave looking extraordinary: coat pristine, finished with care, tail going. We look forward to seeing you both again.
