How do I book an appointment?
We are appointment only. Call (347) 222-3707, email info@thepaws.club, or message us on Instagram. Every dog has a groomer to themselves from start to finish, so nobody is rushed, and a person always confirms with you. There is no automated scheduling here. Your dog's record and our care agreements arrive by text before the first visit, so everything is settled before they arrive.
What is Thera-Clean, and why is it different?
Thera-Clean generates billions of ultra-fine microbubbles that reach deep into coat and skin, lifting dirt, bacteria, allergens and odour at a level ordinary bathing cannot touch. FDA registered, chemical free and safe for every breed. Available as an add-on from $35.
What products do you use?
Hydra Professional, exclusively, across every service. One premium line, chosen for its quality and its results. Thera-Clean can be added to any bath or groom.
What is the difference between a standard groom and a specialty style cut?
A standard groom is a clean, even cut at a uniform length throughout, with no breed-specific sculpting. A specialty style cut is fully customised and breed-appropriate, with hand-scissored shaping and blending. Specialty cuts are by consultation and priced on breed, coat and complexity.
Do you groom puppies?
Yes. Our Puppy’s First Spa Experience is for dogs under six months. A calm, patient introduction designed to build good associations from day one.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes, all breeds and coat types. Some breeds need a specialty consultation, particularly for style and creative cuts. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will guide you.
How long does an appointment take?
It depends on the service, the breed and the condition of the coat. Because your dog has a groomer to themselves from start to finish, they are never rushed. We give you a realistic estimate when we confirm the appointment.
Do you offer daycare?
Yes, four dogs a day, full days only. $95 a day for your first three months and $125 after that. It starts with an assessment day so we can see how your dog settles. Read about daycare.
