Tell us about your dog
Text us their name, their breed and what you are after. A person gets back to you, and once we have spoken we send you a short record to fill in for your dog. Nothing to hunt for on here, and nobody books a slot without speaking to you first.
Your first visit
What to expect
Every appointment follows the same careful process, designed so both you and your dog are at ease, from first contact to pick-up.
Tell us about your dog
Call, text or email. A person gets back to you personally to find a time, then we text you the record for your dog so everything we need is in hand before the first visit. We do not use automated scheduling.
Drop off
Arrive at Richmond Road at your confirmed time. We greet you and your dog personally, talk through any notes, and take it from there, calm and unhurried.
We get to work
Your dog has our complete, undivided attention. Hydra Professional bath, precision grooming, and whatever you have added, all done with intention.
Pick up
We text you the moment they are ready. They leave looking extraordinary: coat pristine, finished with care, tail going. We look forward to seeing you both again.
Let’s talk about your dog
Every booking is handled by us. No booking portal, no algorithm picking your slot. Just a real conversation with the people who will be caring for your dog.
